For 30 calendar days after delivery, Feastables honors a 30-day no-reason return and exchange right under the conditions below.

Prepaid Return Transportation

Feastables supplies a prepaid return shipping label and covers transportation for a change-of-mind request as well as any damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or other quality-issue item.

Condition of Returned Goods

For a no-reason request, Feastables expects the product, packaging, accessories, and purchase evidence to be returned in a condition suitable for inspection; defect claims are assessed according to the reported issue.

Steps Before Sending an Item

A return begins by contacting Feastables; we will review the request, provide packing and routing directions, and explain the next step before the parcel is sent.

Limited No-Reason Exclusions

Feastables excludes custom-made goods, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items from no-reason returns, but these limits do not reduce remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing goods.

Replacement and Refund Timing

Feastables supports exchanges within the same 30-day period. An approved refund returns to the original payment method in 5–10 business days after issuance. You may request cancellation before shipment; once dispatched, the Refund Policy governs.
